Domestic violence remains a serious issue in Romania. Statistics show that every 30 seconds a woman is abused. Yet many victims remain silent, afraid for their safety, their children, and the stigma that often follows speaking out.

Together with Facem Bine, we developed a campaign aimed at giving these women a voice and encouraging them to seek help. At the center of the campaign was a video portraying a series of tense moments from the lives of abused women. Each scene showed the subtle ways they try to hide the harsh reality at home: covering bruises, masking fear, or pretending everything is normal in front of others.

The film revealed the quiet pressure and isolation many victims experience, ending with a simple message: speak up. In partnership with AtlasHelp, a dedicated phone line was set up where women could call for free and speak with a therapist.

The project was a personal initiative produced entirely on a pro-bono basis, with collaborators contributing animation, sound, and voice to bring the message to life.
